When you use the AI travel planner, we collect the following data:

Email address – to send your personalized travel plan
Travel preferences (destination, budget, travel dates, interests) – to create your travel plan

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via checkbox).

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored exclusively on our server in Germany. No transfer to third countries takes place. Data is deleted when no longer needed for its purpose, at the latest after 90 days.

4. Server log files

When you visit our website, the web server automatically stores technical access data (IP address, browser type, date/time, page accessed). This data is used solely for technical security and is automatically deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

5. Fonts

This website uses the Inter font, which is stored locally on our server. No connection is made to external font services (e.g. Google Fonts).
